Daily access to The HUB is for members only. Tours must be booked in advance so that we can make sure someone is available to show you around and answer any questions you may have. Contact us to book a tour

Hours for hourly or daily renting non-members are from 7:00 am - 9:00 pm. Our membership plans offer 27/7/365 access.

Rental insurance is not a requirement but we do recommend it for members of our short and long term Private Offices.

We do require first and last month of the membership agreement to be paid up front for our long term Private Offices only.

Out of respect for our other members, we are not able to accommodate children or pets at this time. Guests must pay for a day pass.

Ideal members include appointment based service providers, remote workers, freelancers, and home based business owners. Businesses that aren't a good fit for The HUB include retail or those that require frequent unsolicited foot traffic in and out of the space.

There is a one-time account setup fee of $25 for all membership plans. All pricing +HST.
